About Avercena

Avercena is a trading name of Surf Marketing Ltd, an independent referral service connecting businesses with prospective data buyers and deal facilitators. Avercena is not the buyer and cannot bind a partner to a deal. A contact email will be provided before live services are offered.

Submitting an enquiry

Provide accurate details and information you are entitled to share. If you are not authorised to act for the company, say so in the assessment. Submission does not demonstrate authority to sell or license company data.

By submitting an enquiry with the sharing-consent checkbox selected, you authorise Surf Marketing Ltd, trading as Avercena, to assess the information you provide and share relevant submitted contact details and business answers with the partners named in that consent, so they can review, contact you about and facilitate the potential deal. The currently identified prospective recipient is Polyshares, Inc. Additional partners relying on consent will be identified and agreed before referral. Sharing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

This authorisation concerns the form submission only. It does not authorise access to accounts, disclosure of operating files, sale of customer information or a licence to your underlying business records. These require separate agreement and appropriate rights.

Deals and fees

Any licence or acquisition is agreed directly between the company and the buyer. Scope, data preparation, payment, timing and any fees are set out in that agreement. The initial Avercena check and introduction cost you nothing. Avercena may receive a referral fee if an introduced business completes a deal.

No guaranteed outcome

Assessment results are preliminary and do not guarantee a match, offer, price, sale or payment date. Indicative offers remain subject to review and final terms. Healthcare and finance records may require additional checks.

The advertised $100k–$2m USD range is a typical licensing deal range reported by Polyshares on its public website, checked on 11 September 2026. It is not Avercena’s own transaction history, a valuation of your records or a commitment by every partner.

Completed assessments are saved with Avercena for review. Form submission does not automatically send a referral to a partner. The development service is not yet publicly launched; the contact channel and final privacy arrangements must be completed before public enquiries are accepted. Future terms will be available here, with material changes brought to your attention where required.
